SutrVerse is the company behind VenueOS. We’re a small team rebuilding how India’s wedding and event venues run their business — from the first enquiry to the final rupee reconciled.

The problem we saw

India hosts the largest wedding economy in the world, and almost none of it is digitised. A venue runs a logistics business at wedding scale — hundreds of guests, multiple spaces, catering, vendors, payments — yet most run on a diary, a calculator, and a dozen WhatsApp groups. Leads vanish in chat. Quotes are re-typed by hand. Nobody truly knows what’s booked, collected, or owed. The work is real; the tools never existed.

What we’re building

VenueOS is one system for the whole venue business: inventory (spaces, rooms, catering), a real lead pipeline, instant quotations, a conflict-free booking calendar, payments, and the customer portal & website — wired into the WhatsApp and Instagram channels venues already sell on. Not a generic CRM bent to fit, but software built for exactly how a venue operates.

Where we are

Real venues run their day on VenueOS today — resorts, banquet halls, convention centres, and wedding lawns. We’re onboarding more, one venue at a time, and building alongside the people who use it every day.
